-$500 minimum for up to 10 people from 9pm-5am -$50 for each additional person above 10 -$150 for each additional hour -$250 deposit required to hold date; remaining $250 due 10 days prior -A Hannah House staff member will be on site to provide a tour and answer any questions -You have full access to the main house, grounds, basement and attic
